A few things you might wonder.
Are my images uploaded to a server?+
No. Input images and converted results are processed in your browser. The converter does not send files, filenames, previews or metadata to a server. Visiting the website itself still involves normal network requests.
Will converting improve image quality?+
Changing formats does not create missing detail. JPG and WebP may lose detail depending on quality settings, and PNG cannot restore detail lost in earlier compression.
Can I convert a batch for free?+

Why did my file get bigger?+
Each format compresses differently. Saving a photograph as PNG or selecting a higher JPG or WebP quality may produce a larger file. Compare the actual result size and choose a format that fits your needs.
